Memberships

The European Stroke Alliance (SAFE) is the voice of stroke patients in Europe. It represents a number of stroke support organizations from more than 30 European countries. The alliance's vision is to work towards a significant reduction in the number of strokes in Europe and to ensure that everyone affected by a stroke gets the help and support they need. SAFE engages in activities such as campaigning, education and research support that contribute to the advancement of stroke prevention and the improvement of the quality of life of survivors, their families and carers.

We have been members of SAFE since 2018.

The WPA World Patient Alliance is the largest umbrella patient organization in the world, working in all disease areas and in all world regions.

We have been members of the WPA since 2024.

The hospital director's advisory body, whose members include representatives from patient organizations, patients and hospital employees. This form of patient involvement in the life of the hospital improves communication and mutual interaction, and thus contributes to the improvement of the quality of health care and patient satisfaction.

We have been members of the ÚVN Patient Council since 2023.

The Academy of Patient Organizations (APO) is an educational and development project designed for Czech patient organizations. It was created by the Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Industry (AIFP) and currently brings together more than 100 patient organizations that want to develop and move forward in their operations. APO tries to help them in this.

We have been members of APO since 2017.

NRZP ČR is an umbrella non-profit organization that represents the interests of persons with disabilities in negotiations with state and public institutions. Established in 2000, the organization's role is to contribute to the integration of people with disabilities into society and to consistently defend the human rights of these people. NRZP CR creates conditions for the support and inclusion of socially disadvantaged groups of citizens, supports the creation of equal opportunities and their social, cultural and, above all, employment with the possibility of providing and mediating services for the purpose of obtaining employment and much more.

We have been members of the NRZP ČR since 2017.

The National Association of Patient Organizations brings together patient organizations focused on all types of diseases and disabilities operating in the Czech Republic. NAPO's mission is to promote the collective interests of patients and provide support to its member organizations.
